We deserve justice
For the things we have done,
But there is grace and there is mercy
Through the blood of the Son.
Live life in love, for to love is to live!

Your quote reminded me of another that I like
Grace is when we receive what we do not deserve;
Mercy is when we do not receive what we do.

If, when we judged others, our real motive was to destroy evil; we should look for evil where it is certain to be found, and that is in our own hearts. Dietrich Bonhoeffer, The Cost of Discipleship

Surely you realize that "justice" has been served.

Our sins REQUIRED death, the outpouring of blood and separation from God the Father.

Fortunately, for those in Christ, it is not upon our heads, but upon the Head of the One Who deserved it the least, the "Perfect Lamb of God", our Lord and our Savior, Christ Himself.

Thank You God for sending Your Son.

Thank You Jesus for paying the price we could NEVER pay.
