As it turned out, the issue was not just you. It was a general setting for the Worship Center/Worship in Devotional Thoughts sub-forum.
It should work now for this forum, but there may be other forums with similar issues.
I need to find some way I can do an audit of the settings for ALL of the forums to make sure that no other permissions have been improperly set.
Please let me know if you come across any others.
