A little survey to see how "public" we are in Christian relationships about our nudity. Would love to know some details and how people have responded

My wife knew before we were married. There are about 6 others who I have friendships with who also know. One came with me once to a Nudist Park, but has since moved away (because of work). I have not had any negitive feedback from the few who know.

I voted "closest Christian friends," but that's not entirely accurate. Two or 3 people in my denomination know I'm interested in what the Bible says (or doesn't say) about nudity, but I haven't told anyone that I've actually been practicing social nudity. :?

I would have to vote "All of the above" with 2 possible exceptions, My Bible Study Group, and My Pastor. We don't currently attend any formal Bible study group, but enough of our Christian friends know to form one that would number about a dozen, or more. Our Pastor probably knows that we like to skinny dip in our pool, and don't always wear clothes around our home, but we have not actually stated to him that we are "nudists"--we have avoided using the "n" word in our casual conversations with him.

Additionally, we are pretty well known around here, even our neighbors, casual acquaintances, and associates know of our natural ways. its not like a state secret around here.

My wife, sons and daughter and offsprings' spouses all know.
My sons sons don't seem to comfortable about it but my wonderful daughter is quite jolly about it. Her recent fathers day card to me pictured a nude and the comment I know I forgot something and she also gave me the video of The Full Monty film!
If I ever get any of them to join me I reckon it would be her.
None of my 5 siblings or their families know.
My dad died three weeks ago without knowing, he liked to be naked at times I know.

my wife told her brother and sister. I haven't told anyone we know. I have spoken to a few church people indirectly on the topic, I guess in scriptural priciples regarding nudity and pornography.

Alothough I picked 'my wife', she is the only one here who knows I am a nudist, She has a friend in the old country who knows and who attends the church I was brought up in, but the members of the church I attend now don't know, nor would I plan to tell them just yet. My pastor has intimated that nude is lewd  in some things he has said so I have no intention of letting him know :|

My wife and 10 year old daughter know I am a nudist. My daughter says she doesn't care and is not bothered by it, but she knows my wife is against home or social nudity. My wife loves to be nude with me, but me alone.

I tried to select each of the options, but the poll would not let me...

Only about 3 people know that I have gone to a nude beach. One of them is one of my best Christian friends who is a home nudist and recently came with me to Sauvie Island near Portland, OR. But I will admit that there are circumstances that would make me give it up. One is if I found a good Christian wife who is not into it. Also if God somehow increased my influence in my local Christian community to the point where my name and face became know outside of my local church.

I can understand setting aside practicing naturism if you married a woman who was not into it. That brings up a good question. We are told not to be unequally yoked. If naturism is an important part of your life not, and you believe that it is a freedom you have in Christ, why would you marry a woman who would not be involved in that part of your life? It would most likely produce friction down the road.

Also, if you truely believe that there is nothing wrong with simple nudity, why would you be concerned about it if your name and face became known outside your local church?

As always, the trouble maker. ('')

This is my situation and the reason why, though not giving up on naturism,I am very secretive about it.

My wife and, to a lesser extent, my children know that I am a little "eccentric" when it comes to nudity.

On a side not to this natman, when my wife and I made our first c/o visit we talked a lot with our host. She was discussing with us a friend they had whose wife had passed away after many years of marriage. He would have liked to married again, but knew it wasn't as likely as he said she would have to be a nudist. My wife and I talked about this a lot later and understood how living with this freedom for so many years would change a person making it difficult to go back. I am so thankful for my wife.

Well my wife and daughter are the only ones so far; but, one of my churches associate pastors and his teenage daughter almost found out.

I was out on my 52 acres and I let him hunt out there. Well I was standing next to my van behind the open drivers side door when he pulls up. I was totally naked. well I didn't panic I just casually grabed by pants and put them on, then my shirt. I told him I like to change out of my work clothes when I go hiking in the woods. I could of just as easily been out in the open, totally exposed, because just 5 minutes before I was.

Well I have asked the Lord to protect my privacy and to only let those who would not be offend catch me naked. So far no one has caught me.

I do hope to be able to share my love of nudity someday with others.
