Hello, my name is Mike. I am a naturist and I have been willing to say that since 2005. I have had to defend myself against attacks that come at me because I am both a Christian and a naturist. I use the Bible in defending naturism; my parents know, but they don't like the idea. My parents found out through a few mistakes that I made when spreading the truth The most important thing that I have realized in the few years that I have been a naturist is to be prepared to give an answer for the hope that I have, just as the Bible says in 1 Peter 3:15.

One time a nephew of mine told me that when he told a man about me being a nudist, the man was shocked and said, "He's a Christian and LIKES to be naked?" He couldn't believe that anyone claiming to be a Christian would actually like being without clothes and with other people even.


A niece of mine (I have LOTS of nieces and nephews) was shocked when I told her that many nudist resorts are family-oriented. She exclaimed, "CHILDREN see that!!??" I didn't think to ask her what she meant by "that" and assumed she meant nudity. However, later I thought that maybe she has the typical belief of uninformed textiles who think that there is a lot of open sex in nudist resorts and that children are watching it--as she probably did as she was growing up with two sex-crazy parents who were into swapping.

My experience is that people are trying to destroy a movement about which they don't know enough.(They have misguided views and half of the story.) If they had enough factual information to destroy, they would either do it or join us. That's why the Bible says in Proverbs 18:13 to answer before hearing the whole story is foolish.

Ya know matey, were Im at people have forgotten what it was like to go swimming, living nude. My christian friends don't understand why we do it, they don't get it that God wired me this way, why, so I may witness the wonder of his creation. I can't fellowship back in the church until I give up being a naturist. Hard for some to realise God wired those as I to be were he wants us to be a.


Matey, the word is powerful, I once used it as a defence tool to justify my actions but know I just walk in its gown knowing God chose me to be me, one of a kind, special.



Like the comments say, can always invite those who challenge to except you at one of their meetings and then return the invitation to attend your meeting them at a local naturist group. Being dressed and clothed as God created us. Wonder how many will take up that challeneg in the name of the word. try it, I do and God loves me all the more.
