Perfect Pork

Postby NudeDude92 » Sat Nov 10, 2018 7:55 pm

This is a recipe I developed. My meat came from a feral sow hog that I hunted. Most of my non-bird meat is wild-sourced.

Perfect Pork:

Prep time: Ehh, not much

Cook Time 6 hours

Ingredients:

3lb pork roast(pick your cut, my best came from a bone-in shoulder)

2-3 qts water (enough to cover the pork, then later fill slow cooker)

1 cup Kikkoman’s Soy Sauce

1 cup Leah and Perrin’s Worcestershire Sauce

1 medium yellow onion, peeled and quartered

5-8 cloves garlic, sliced thick

Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cayenne pepper to taste

1-3tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce

Combine all ingredients in pot. Boil on high heat for 10 mins, then transfer to slow cooker for the remainder of cook time. Pork is done when tender enough to fork apart the meat. Serve with steamed green beans, mashed potatoes and biscuits(optional).
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving probably isn't your sport.
